We only collect what we need:
- Information you give us — when you send a booking inquiry, contact message or residency application: your name, email, dates, group size and anything you choose to write to us.
- Information collected automatically — basic analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser) once you accept analytics cookies. See Cookies below.
How we use it & legal basis
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange your stay or activity — on the basis of taking steps at your request / our legitimate interest.
- To improve the website and understand traffic — only with your consent (analytics cookies).
We never sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics (only after consent).
- Email delivery — to receive and reply to your inquiries.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your message is handled under Meta's own policies.
- Hosting / CDN — to serve the website securely.
Some of these providers may process data outside Morocco, including in the EU or US, under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies by default. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in our cookie banner — you can decline, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing the "cookie consent" setting in your browser. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and booking correspondence is kept only as long as needed to serve you and for our legitimate business records, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention settings.

- Ask us to correct or delete it;
- Object to or restrict how we use it;
- Withdraw consent at any time;
- Request a copy of your data (portability).
