Using this website
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith, and not to attempt to disrupt it or misuse it. All content, images, text and branding on this site belong to Azul Berg or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Bookings & inquiries
Booking requests made through the website (via the booking widget, contact form or WhatsApp) are inquiries, not confirmed reservations. A booking is confirmed only once we reply and agree the details with you. All prices are in euros (EUR) and are subject to availability; the jam-session visitor ticket is priced locally in dirhams (MAD).
Activities
Participation in surf, climbing, hiking and other activities is subject to our Disclaimer, including the risk waiver. Please read it before booking.
Cancellations & refunds
Accommodation
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
- In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
- Date changes are subject to availability.
Experiences & activities
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
- If Azul Berg cancels an activity due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to another available date.
- If you are unable to participate for personal reasons after the activity has started, no refund will be issued.
Private groups
- Private group bookings may require a deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival or activity.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Liability
We take care to keep information on this site accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azul Berg is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
